Individually designed specialist systems including fire alarm, CCTV and intruder as well helping decommission BWI’s factory in Portugal, prior to shipment and reinstatement in its Luton-based factory, have also been undertaken.
In recent years, all aspects of extract and ventilation, various piped systems including natural gas, compressed air high- and low pressure systems as well as chilled water and inert gas installations have been provided throughout the plant.
As preferred building services contractor, ongoing responsibilities feature periodic electrical testing, routine maintenance, full annual boiler and air conditioning servicing together with any planned maintenance and assisting in regular plant and machine moves.
More recently, PON has renovated BWI’s roof, installed new lighting, designed and installed steam and condense systems for accommodating imported phosphate machinery, and paint and solvent system for spraying automotive components.
