Meet The Team

Having been in the construction industry for over 50 years, he continues to oversee the running of the family-based business, which is today managed by a strong team of fellow Directors. Patrick continues to enjoy and nurture long standing client relationships, ensuring customers benefit from a professional and competitive service at all times.
A fully qualified electrician, Paul has been both business owner and Managing Director within the building services sector for over 20 years. Passionate about business development and building client relationships, during this time he successfully transformed loss making companies into profitable ones by increasing turnover and margin and reducing overheads.
Paul previously spent six years as Managing Director for a new start up building services company in Australia before being enticed back to the UK by PON to help develop the firm into the major industry player that it is today.
Gary took over the running of PON from Patrick O’Neill in 2009, and is today joint managing director. With more than 27 years experience of working within the built environment and M&E industries, he has successfully grown PON into a thriving business with more than 160 staff.
A stickler for establishing long term client relationships, successful partnering arrangements and considering each project on its own merit, Gary started his career as an electrical building services engineer working with some of today’s major industry contractors where he gained enviable understanding of today’s built environment.
